Choose the shopping days you intend to attend before reserving an RV stay. Check the organizer’s shopping hours, maps, parking arrangements and accessibility information. Coordinate arrival with the park’s current check-in instructions rather than assuming you can arrive at any hour and immediately enter the market.
Decide how you will travel from the RV site to the market and return with purchases. Check parking costs and restrictions for your vehicle. Ask sellers about collection or delivery for bulky items before purchasing them, and confirm any extra trailer or storage arrangements with the park. Traffic, construction, weather and the entrance you choose can change travel time. Do not treat older promises of a few minutes, no delays or a twenty-minute attraction trip as a reliable itinerary. Plan a realistic travel buffer and do not assume a walking route is appropriate.
Provide the RV’s length, height, slide configuration, electrical requirement, occupants, pets and extra vehicles. Ask about the assigned site’s usable space, surface, overhead clearance, hookup positions and parking arrangement. Verify pull-through access and tow-vehicle space for that site instead of assuming every available option accommodates the same equipment.
Confirm electricity billing, other utility inclusions, internet, laundry prices, storage rentals, overflow parking, pool access and seasonal facilities separately. Connections do not prove all usage is included in the rate. The Canton homepage checked September 17, 2026 advertised starting rates of $50 daily, $200 weekly and $425 monthly, with possible increases during Trade Days. These are dated advertised starting amounts, not a quote for every site or date. Request a current itemized quote identifying the site charge, electricity, other utilities, deposits and additional fees before paying.
If you want to stay between events, confirm availability for the entire period, renewal, departure notice and whether a site move might be necessary. Include trips to work, groceries and other regular destinations in the budget. Ask about office hours, arrival windows and after-hours support; online reservations do not eliminate check-in rules.
The prior park guidance described photo approval for RVs ten years or older and a maximum of two pets per reservation. Confirm the current rules and any equipment or pet restrictions before reserving. Send the requested exterior photo and obtain approval rather than assuming an immediate response. An unfenced pet area is not permission to let a dog roam off leash.
Submit cancellations in writing by email to the park. Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival qualifies for a full rent refund; cancellation less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not. Rescheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed. Once a stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable, including early departure or a shortened stay.
A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation. Deposit refunds require a written request within three days of departure, a photo showing the site left clean and management approval. Confirm the correct park email before sending a request. Refunds go to the original payment card, not by check; a lost, cancelled or inactive original card cannot be refunded under the park’s policy.
Verify operators’ current opening hours, seasonal schedules, admission and reservations before adding a farm festival, water park, restaurant or local attraction. Check fishing access and applicable requirements separately. An attraction’s appearance in an older September article does not establish that it is open on your travel dates.
