Rent Payments

  • Rent is refundable only when cancellation is made 14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, subject to the Cancellation Policy above.
  • Rent is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival and for no-shows.
  • Once a stay has begun, all lot rent—daily, weekly, or monthly—is non-refundable. Leaving early or shortening a stay does not qualify for a refund.

  • Deposits are refundable provided that:
    • A written request is emailed to [email protected] within three days after departure.
    • A photo showing that the site was left clean is attached to the request.
    • Management approves the refund.
