Rates & Reservations

Per day

1 to 2 persons occupancy
Must pay for entire stay at time of Reservation or Check-In.
$ 5.00/day for each additional person up to a maximum 5 persons per site (Non-refundable reservation fee of $25.00)
Daily includes water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric, garbage & WiFi.
Pets are an extra charge of $3.00 each per day with a maximum of two dogs and/or cats.
No other pets allowed.

NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS.
No discounts of any kind on First Monday weekends or major holidays

$20.00 per week for each additional person, maximum of 5 persons per site.
Weekly includes water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric, garbage & WiFi.
Pets are an extra charge of $10.00 each per week with a maximum of two dogs and/or cats.
No other pets allowed.

1, 2 or 3 months (Main Park Sites)

1 to 2 persons occupancy
Must pay full month at time of reservation or check-in.
$30.00 per month for each additional person up to 5
Non-metered sites are charged $200.00 to $400.00 per month. See manager for details.
Metered sites are invoiced separately. See manager for details.

$150.00 Refundable Deposit Required at Check-In

Any rig 10 or more years old must be approved by management PRIOR to arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.

Short and long term Storage Parking available.
Daily: $5 / Weekly: $15-$35 / Monthly: $45-$85. Storage Sheds: $50 per month - ONE MONTH MINIMUM REQUIRED
All extended stay residents are allowed 2 daily drivers per site ONLY. Extended stay residents with additional vehicles are subject to additional fees. Resident GUEST parking is $5.00 per vehicle. See manager for details.
RV washing available STARTING at $175.00 per rig. Completed by our staff for your convenience.
Credit Card Fee: 3.50%
Debit Card Fee: 3.75%
NSF Fee: $55 + late fee of $25
Lates Fee(s): $25.00 on the 3rd day and an additional $5/day after that. For all monies owed two days after the due date.
Rates are pro-rated after the 1^st day of the month and are due along with your first full month rental rate.
